Using an evidence-based approach, the 6-Part eMBA Programme is designed to:

• Provide training in cultural awareness, race fluency and inclusive leadership for Employee Network Leaders, Executive Sponsors, Allies, DEI, HR and Talent Development Professionals who work with the networks.
• Increase the retention and progression of ethnic minority professionals by developing Network Leaders from rising stars into fully effective leaders.
• Recalibrate networks that are typically structured as affinity groups into Employee Resource Groups that function as strong strategic partners for the design and implementation of the organisation’s DEI strategy and related initiatives.
• Enable Network Leaders to become voices of strategic influence within their organisations through capacity-building and skills training

The Assessment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete when done by one person or longer if completed as a group. Completing it as a group has the advantages of incorporating more voices, generating collaborative thinking and developing consensus. After completing the questionnaire, your organisation will receive a bronze, silver or gold rating which will broadly reflect the maturity category of your network.

TNON offers an additional half-day strategy development session with your network’s  Steering Committee and Executive Sponsors to help interpret your rating and to explore what strategies you could adopt to develop to the next stage of maturity.

The Delta Building Blocks cover key themes which together provide the foundational insights for organisations seeking to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). The Building Blocks help you to unlock the full potential of ethnic minority leaders as professionals and changemakers, whilst equipping key stakeholders to act as allies and sponsors to deliver outcomes and make the impact stick.

The Building Blocks train all workplace stakeholder groups in DEI using evidence-based design and content, thought leadership and innovative approaches to learning and coaching.

We have coursework that addresses the typical needs of the following stakeholders in the organisational ecosystem:

• Line managers who manage diverse teams, with an emphasis on intentional focus and bias interruption at key stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Ethnic minority professionals, with an emphasis on relationship-building, influencing skills and authentic leadership.
• Colleagues from dominant groups (often Caucasian/White), with specific focus on understanding privilege and interrupting bias in decision-making.
• HR and DEI professionals, with specific emphasis on cultural awareness, race confidence and interventions that work at different stages in an employee’s career.
• Executive sponsors and allies, with specific focus on understanding the challenges that are typically experienced by ethnic minority professionals, the hallmarks of successful allyship and advocacy.
• Members of the board, executive committee or business unit heads, with an emphasis on race confidence, credible race action plans and strategies that drive systemic change.

TNON members will have access to a one-on-one consultation. TNON x Delta will share their insights into emerging trends in race equity, talent advancement, organisational psychology and organisational design – with specific reference to the client’s sector. TNON x Delta will listen to and take note of matters the client may need support with, and share the matrix of interventions and programmes that similar businesses of a similar scale in the sector are implementing to drive meaningful outcomes.

TNON brings its extensive research and business insights practice to the consultations for the benefit of members. In the safe space of the discussion, TNON members will have the opportunity to explore complex and sensitive topics.

Should a TNON member need additional time or engagement following the consultation, TNON x Delta will propose a suitable way forward.

Diversio is a tool which assists organisations to collect and analyse data which will help them to proactively identify trends, track trends as they develop, apply data-driven diagnostics to DEI issues, compare data across categories such as departments or geographies, and measure the impact of DEI interventions in a dynamic way. Leveraging real data, rather than relying on opinion or ‘gut feel’, leads to more targeted solutions which are likely to create greater impact and enduring change.

Diversio by TNON also enables organisations to develop balanced scorecards that can be leveraged by the Group HR function whilst being simultaneously accessible by business unit heads and other stakeholders.
