Rukasana is an Inclusion and Diversity leader with a proven track record of delivering success, operating across sectors in roles within Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), HR Project Management and employee engagement. Rukasana works within People Advisory Services at EY to support organisations in achieving their D&I ambitions, providing support at all levels of D&I maturity.
Rukasana has previously worked at EY to deliver the organisational ambitions for D&I internally and led on change programmes to advance outcomes for minority groups. Since joining EY in March 2015 she has had a specialist focus on the Gender, Race & Disability agendas. Her previous D&I role was within the Diversity team at Queen Mary University London, focusing on Gender Diversity to increase the number of women progressing in academia, specifically in STEM subjects.
Prior to this Rukasana worked in the financial sector at J P Morgan Chase and the Bank of England with a focus on Currency Markets. Rukasana is passionate about supporting TNON to empower individuals from minority backgrounds to create a lasting impact in their organisations.
