Talent Accelerator Virtual Alumni Receptions

As part of the TNON Talent Accelerator alumni programme, we are delighted to invite you to a virtual event hosted by TNON in partnership with Fidelity International. To accommodate a global audience, we will host two virtual sessions on Zoom: 27 April (08:00-09:30 BST) and 3 May (14:00-15:30 BST).

During the fireside chat, we will have a real and open discussion on the challenges and barriers for professionals, explore effective strategies, provide game-changing practical tips to successfully prepare and navigate the journey to senior leadership in addition to guidance on identifying key stakeholders needed in your corner.

Each session will have two parts:

• Part 1: A fireside chat hosted led by Sophie Chandauka MBE, Head of Americas Risk and Intelligence, Meta. Sophie will speak with inspirational senior leaders from Fidelity International to share their experiences and guidance on how to successfully navigate the political landscape at work as a racial and ethnic minority.

• Part 2: Virtual networking with Talent Accelerator alumni and other hi-po middle managers from across the TNON community. This will be a great opportunity to expand your global network.
